Welcome to Campus Services at Kennesaw State University. Our departments work together to make the university experience successful for students, faculty, staff and visiting guests. Campus Services includes the departments listed below, which serve KSU by providing the essentials of campus life along with exceptional customer service.

  • Campus Postal Services manages the delivery, collection and processing of all interoffice and U.S. Postal Service mail to all University administrative offices. Postal Services also offers list management, indicia printing, tabbing, address printing, bulk, mailing and more. 

  • Card Services at the Talon One Service Center is an important resource center for all students, faculty and staff. They work closely with other KSU administrative departments to manage and facilitate a multitude of services; from issuing the Talon Card to managing the KSU carpool programs, the Talon One Service Center is essentially the gateway to campus life.

  • Central Receiving and Distribution (CRD) processes delivery items, packages and freight orders to on-campus warehouses. Complying with the Department of Administrative Services, CRD facilitates identification, redistribution and disposal of KSU property including office furniture, equipment and supplies.

  • Copier Services offers multi-function devices across both campuses to support the copy, print, scan and fax needs of the University. From wireless printing to Talon Express, a full-service print and shipping store, we can meet all your printing needs right here on campus.

  • Door Access oversees KSU students, faculty and staff access to doors throughout the Kennesaw and Marietta Campuses. If door accessibility needs to be added, updated or removed, please contact Door Access for further assitance. 

  • Housing and Residence Life manages on-campus student residences and tours. There are five residential options for first-year students and six residential options for upper class students. Living-Learning Communities are another residential option for students looking to enhance their housing experience.
  • KCash is a declining balance students, faculty and staff access with their Talon Card. Uses for KCash include copying, printing, purchasing food and merchandise all on campus. You can use KCash at University Stores, on-campus dining and most vending machines on campus as well.
  • Parking and Transportation manages parking facilities and services for students, faculty, staff and campus visitors and manages a variety of transportation services on campus including the Big Owl Bus shuttle system. KSU utilizes an area parking system and works to provide parking options that are convenient and cost effective. Our state-of-the-art shuttles are ADA compliant, climate controlled, and feature bike racks and WiFi. Shuttle service is provided on and between both campuses, to KSU events and shopping destinations.

  • Student Health Services provides students with comprehensive primary care on both the Kennesaw and Marietta campuses. Managed by WellStar Medical Group, Student Health Services offers world-class, personalized care for each student and features a clinical team comprised of board certified physicians and advanced practice providers.

  • KSU’s award-winning University Dining provides the campus community a variety of flavorful dining options. Our full-service dining halls are complimented by some of your favorite quick-service restaurants, and our catering department delivers an array of delicious options for meetings and special events.

  • Our University Stores are your one-stop shop for all of your textbook and course material needs, official KSU logoed apparel, gifts, accessories, school and art supplies. The Market is our store-within-a-store and offers a vast array of snacks, beverages and other convenience items. The Kennesaw Campus store is also home to OwlTEC, an official Apple Authorized Campus store featuring a full line of Apple and Windows computer products and accessories.

  • Vending Services at KSU offers beverage and snack vending in convenient locations throughout both campuses. There are 105 beverage and 49 snack vending machines, all featuring a variety of traditional and healthy options. Machines are located in administrative, recreational, academic, and student housing areas across both campuses. All machines accept cash and credit/debit cards while many accept KCash and Dining Dollars as well.
