    • Our staff is cleaning the postal lockers throughout the day
    • Contactless payment options are available
    • Residential students living on the Kennesaw Campus with properly addressed packages and first-class mail will pick up their mail at Talon Express, located on the second floor in the James V. Carmichael Student Center. Until you receive an email, your item is not ready for pickup. A valid picture ID will be required to pick up the item.

      Residential students living on the Marietta Campus with properly addressed packages and first class mail will pick up their mail at the Mail Center, located on the ground floor of the Joe Mack Wilson Student Center, inside the left side corner of University Stores.  A valid picture ID will be required to pick up the item.

      • Students have 10 days to pick up letter mail and packages.
      • To ensure receipt, Talon Express will send two email notifications for packages during the 15 days. After 15 days, the item will be returned to the sender. 
    • Campus Postal Services has resumed the delivery of mail/parcels to the offices on campus. If a building or office is closed at the time of attempted delivery, mail and packages will be held, and delivery will be attempted again at a later date. If you have questions or would like to arrange for a special delivery, please call 470-578-3194.

  • Yes! You can order online and choose to have your items shipped or pick them up.
     
    If you are using financial aid, you must purchase your textbooks in-store. Remember, you must have your Talon Card (KSU ID) to make Financial Aid purchases in-store and to pick up online orders.

  • To mail your return for a refund, the package must be post-marked by this date.

    1. Ship with package tracking (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and pack books as to avoid damage.
    2. Include your original or a legible copy of your receipt, your name and contact information (phone and email).
