On Thursday, his culinary prowess will be put to the ultimate test as he represents the University in the National Association of College and University Food Service (NACUFS) Culinary Challenge.

    A few years ago, Kennesaw State started a 2-acre farm to contribute to their dining services, and today it sustains 20 percent of the school’s produce. In addition to growing produce, Kennesaw State raises their own chickens and bees for honey.
